Begotten of an Irish-Okie and Anglo-Appalachian Matt was blessed with almost MacGyver-

esque ingenuity; an imaginary love of playing the banjo outside barefoot with toe nails that

defy reality; and a deep rooted fondness of alcohol and cultural appropriation.

Born and raised in the Central Valley Matt has been involved in cabinetry since he started

cleaning at the commercial cabinetry shop his dad ran when he was a kid. Working as a project

manager for a prominent local residential cabinetry shop for 17+ years Matt has worked on

hundreds of jobs all over California. Coming full circle back to commercial cabinetry, Matt has

been at Central Valley Casework for nearly a year. He enjoys reading and cooking BBQ (He got

drafted to assist the shop BBQ’s fairly quickly).
